1. Pinch a piece of a wet cleansing wipe with the thumb and index finger, and rub it against the wipe for ten (10) seconds. Use the MOISTENED index finger to FIRMLY touch the middle (M) oval pad of the cartridge for 30 seconds

3. Break/cut open the buffer vial and SLOWLY add 20 drops of the buffer to the middle (M) oval pad.
